Overview: The Wish Ambassadors are a group of volunteers that support Wish Upon A Hero in two ways.

First, the main goal of a Wish Ambassador is to help facilitate the granting of the wishes. This is done through emailing, sending letters, and calling companies. Many business have the ability to help grant wishes but are unaware that the wishes exist. The Wish Ambassadors contact the company and guide the wish through completion.

Second, the important task a Wish Ambassador does is to spread the word about Wish Upon A Hero. Many times amazing wishes will be granted and will go unnoticed by the media. Wish Ambassadors will call and email radio and TV station and contact magazines and newspapers about granted wishes from their specific region. A Wish Ambassador will also make their community aware of Wish Upon A Hero. Many Wish Ambassador join groups and spread the word virally online. All these efforts are used to gain more members. The more members, the more heroes, the more help.

Application Requirements:

  • Must be a certified member on Wish Upon A Hero.
  • Must be an active member for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Must act responsible. Abuse of power will result in removal from the program.
  • Meetings are held the first Monday of the Month
  • Must be working on one wish per month
