Getting Started
Sign Up
Wish Upon A Hero is free to register and easy to use. Just go to www.wishuponahero.com, click on "Register", and select "Organization" under the account type. Once you submit the completed form, you will be emailed a confirmation link that activates your account.
Find a Wish
Once registered, login and start browsing the wishes. You can find specific wishes by clicking the “Grant A Wish” button. Search for wishes that are best aligned to your group’s mission. You can search by zip code, city, state, wish type, and wish category. You can even search by specific keyword.
Be a Hero
After you find a wish that you are interested in granting, you can either offer to grant the entire wish or grant the wish partially. The wisher will receive your offer by email and can accept or decline it. If they accept your offer, you then communicate directly with them to complete the granting process. Your organization’s good deeds will be recorded on your profile for everyone to see.
Building a Better World
The Wish Upon A Hero Community Program instills values, promotes group participation and creates social awareness. Encouraging our communities and its youth to participate in a "social helping" program is a great way to give support to an individual, while teaching a valuable lesson in the power of giving.
