Walk On Heroes Program

	Program: The Walk On Heroes program has been re-organized to provide more specific needs. We help secure medical equipment, safety devices, and provide assistance with medical care for individuals and their families.

Application Requirements: Must have a wish that the Foundation can grant. Must not have been helped by the Foundation in the last 12 months You must be able to provide proper documentation to the Foundation upon request.

Program Accomplishments:
2008 Program Success: From January 1st, 2009 - June 15th, 2009 alone Walk On Heroes has been able to provide $3050.29 towards basic necessities such as communication devices, medical supplies, food, clothing, shelter, and more.
