Individuals and companies have granted wishes for baby items, clothing, toys, food, electronics, gas, household items, and pretty much anything else that you can think of. Here are some of our favorite wishes that have been granted.

Desert sand and contact lenses don’t mix. That’s exactly why Staff Sgt. Rich DiPalma posted a wish that someone could provide him with complimentary LASIK eye surgery. His answer came just days after posting the wish. Nevyas Eye Associates agreed to provide the surgery free of charge for DiPalma. A young girl made this wish for her eight-year-old sister who, in addition to having Down Syndrome, had recently undergone two open-heart surgeries. Although she loves Hannah Montana, her family was unable to afford the tickets because of medical expenses. A member of Wish Upon a Hero, who also happens to have a sister with Down Syndrome, found an emotional connection with the wish and wanted to help. He became this little girl’s hero when he purchased 4 tickets for her and her family to go to the concert. |

When a volunteer firefighter’s wife from Hebron, Illinois, wished for new fire gear for her husband, she never imagined that her wish would be granted by two fire companies located 800 miles away. A group of American soldiers serving in Iraq wished for a table hockey game. A Wish Upon a Hero member, wanting to show appreciation to our brave soldiers, granted the wish. The soldiers even sent pictures of them enjoying the game. -Granted by MoreWishes |

A mother of six, whose youngest child was born without his left arm, wished that, just for once, her children could know that clothes come new. With medical bills piling up, money had been extra tight, so she could not afford to buy the clothing that her children so badly needed.
