A 39 year old wife and mother of two boys ages 7 and 21 months was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) in November of 2010. The disease began affecting my left arm when she was 5 months pregnant with her second son and is progressing to other parts of her body. Her wish is to take my husband and children on a Disney Cruise while she is still able to walk and enjoy quality time with her family and create lifelong memories for her children.

Maple Shade, New Jersey
A Jersey mother has been putting her family first and does everything for them. In the last four years she has taken in her daughter as well as her son, left her job to move in and take care of her mother who was dying of lung cancer, and also helping out with her three grandchildren in VA. This is a woman who says that she is feeling fine, but her daughter knows that she is not feeling well and wants to do something to give back to her for all that she has done.
